CLOSINGS FOR KIDSThe Closings for Kids program is specifically designed for the Northern Black Hills Association of REALTORS® members who wish to contribute to the organization by specifying a portion of their real estate commission earnings as a donation. It is simple, all that the realtor needs to do is specify to their Broker the amount to be deducted from their commission check and the Broker does the rest. At the end of the month, the Broker sends a list of all of the contributions and a check for the total amount to REALTORS® for Kids. REALTORS® for Kids will track contributions by realtor and provide a charitable contribution report at the end of the year. Contributions made through the Closings for Kids program are considered charitable contributions and are eligible as a tax deduction.
