Can anyone request funding for a child? Funding requests can come from many different sources. The request may be initiated by a school counselor, a counselor for the Department of Social Services, a CASA volunteer, or a member of the REALTOR® Association. All requests must be made in writing and should tell the story of why funds are needed.
